Uncharted
First of all, as someone who’s only played the second and third installments of “Uncharted” on PlayStation, I still have to stay; this is a beautiful portrayal of what makes the Uncharted franchise so majestical. Tom Holland, this man has a talent indeed. He played his role as (Nathan Drake) to such great detail, his personality to the teeth, and to think there was once a video of Tom a few years ago, talking about the films he’d love to be on and you guessed it, “Uncharted” was one of the films he mentioned. Dreams do come true. Anyone that’s played any “Uncharted” game will know “Nathan Drake” has…

Moonfall
I remember vividly whilst watching “Moonfall” that if there were ever a movie to explore how the earth and our world come to an end that this would undeniably be how. Only to find out that the director of the movie “2012” is the same director that did “Moonfall”. Moonfall not only explores the resilience of mankind but also explores other elements such as humans being travelers from other galaxies, that our moon is a “Mega Structure” created by unknown beings to perfectly assist humans to live on the earth by creating the perfect environment for humans to repopulate and thrive. I went all-in into the film without doing any…

Ambulance
Director Michael Bay returns with a fast-paced action thriller starring Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Jake Gyllenhaal, and Eiza Gonzalez. At first, we are shown two young boys at the beginning of the film, Danny and Will. The two boys meet and proceed to go have fun in some broken car. At first glance, we assume that these boys are friends however not all seems as it is. The boys are brothers, with Will having been adopted by Danny’s father. We skip decades into the future and see that Will played by (Yahya Abdul-Mateen II) has earned plenty of medals for his heroic efforts. The first thing the film tries to tell you is regarding…

Alice
Alice played by (Keke Palmer) is inspired by the very real-life history of Black Americans who remained enslaved even after the Emancipation Proclamation. Alice even though still enslaved in 1963, is taught how to read by her cruel owner so that she can read to him on occasion. However, through the learning by reading books, she discovers her urge for freedom and even weds her now-husband without her owner’s consent. Her husband Joseph played by (Gaius Charles) confides in his father about his plans to run away from the plantation with his wife Alice, however before the couple can even attempt to execute their plan, their owner Paul Bennet played…

Deep Water
At the beginning of the film I thought Melinda and Vic were at a swingers party full of mature people and to make it even worse, Melinda was so happy when her young lover Joel Nash played by (Brendan Miller) showed up, I was convinced that this was a swingers get-together. Though I couldn’t help but question why Vic seemed to not be participating with anyone else but instead walked around the house looking for his wife. Then “Bang” Melinda is seen kissing Joel with her husband watching. She sees him and moves away from his site, probably feeling a bit of quilt or whatever’s going through her mind. …

The Adam Project
Ryan Reynolds and Director Shawn Levy return with their much talked about and anticipated movie “The Adam Project“. Where time-traveling fighter pilot Adam Reed teams up with his 12-year-old self for a mission to save the future. However, things don’t go as planned. The first thing I would like to mention is young Adam Reeds played by (Walker Scobell). The kid did a phenomenal job at portraying Ryan Reynolds’s quirky personality, one would even say Ryan had finally found his match with this kid. Their chemistry was so natural, it felt as if I were looking at Ryan in his younger days and what a huge headache he must…

Turning Red
Ladies and gentlemen, if your “Pixar” and “Disney” fan then you have come to the right place as today I’ll be reviewing “Turning Red“, the animation film that has taken the young and youth by storm across all social media platforms. The story’s focus is on a 13-year-old Asian girl called “Mei Lee” growing up in Canada and is about to start the next part in her life “Puberty” whereas she discovers new things about herself and may want to hide some of these things from her parents because no matter how naughty or terrible children are, they still want to be looked at as innocent until proven otherwise by…

Spiderman: No Way Home
With Spider-Man’s identity now revealed, our friendly neighborhood web-slinger is unmasked and no longer able to separate his normal life as Peter Parker from the high stakes of being a superhero. Just when you think “Spiderman” has been through enough, reality strikes again with another blow, this time of his own making. I can’t remember the last time I simply enjoyed a film so much that the inner child in me sprung out as it did when seeing “Andrew Garfield” and “Tobey Maguire“. All the memories from the first Spiderman came rushing back to me and hit me hard like a tsunami wave. I can’t recall how many…

Extinct
Now here’s a film that has some infectiously cute animals, hilarious humor, and a wicked poodle with a grudge to settle. Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, children of all nations and borders. Today I introduce to you a film that was released in 2021 however kept it’s rib-tickling gags to itself for obvious reason as it’s “Extinct” lol… Directors David Silverman and Raymond S. Persi together with productions China Lion Entertainment Production, Cinesite Animation, and HB Wink Animation did an alluring job on the quality of animation and wasted no time in forming a bond between the audience and the primary focus of the film, “Ed” and “Op”. The film…

Marry Me
Pop superstar Kat Valdez is about to get married before an audience of her loyal fans. However, seconds before the ceremony, she learns about her fiancé’s cheating ways and has a meltdown on stage. As she gazes out to the audience, professing her dreams and reality of love, her eyes lockdown upon Charlie Gilbert. The Mathematician teacher only showed up to Kat Valdez’s concert because of the need of wanting to bond and get closer with his daughter Lou. If there’s anything I love about Jennifer Lopez, it must be her heart. Jennifer Lopez is always pushing the notion of never giving up and pushing forward, whether it be in films…
